1. For hosting, I recommend Host4Profit. I recommend them particularly if you are new to Internet Marketing. They are about an 8.5 to 9 on a scale of 1 to 10. 

2. Another great Hosting Company is HostGator - especially if you need to have multiple domains.

As far as Autoresponders and Listservers go, both of these are very much worthwhile: 

1. TotalBusinessBuilder - I use these guys and can't say enough good things about them. They are everything a company should be - reliable, friendly and very supportive.  

2. Aweber - is also another good option for you. This outfit is also very honest and helpful.
